This Weekly Meal Plan 5 is my fifth round of meal plan round ups! It has healthy, easy recipes your family will love. Things are starting to finally settle into a ‘groove’ around here (totes just jinxed myself), so I’m doing my best to meal plan to keep the chaos at a minimum. At least in one department. Here’s whats on the menu this week.
Monday: Leftover Slow Cooker Supreme Roast | Roasted Beets with Dijon Vinaigrette + Goat Cheese
Tuesday: Creamy Mexican Chicken (Slow Cooker Recipe – Coming Soon) | Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice | Green Peas
Wednesday: Leftover Slow Cooker Pulled Pork | Roasted Sweet Potato Slices | Frozen Creamed Spinach (we like Stubb’s Serrano Cheese Frozen Spinach)
Thursday: Garlic + Parmesan Roasted Shrimp | Cauliflower Mash (going to try using frozen cauliflower like I do for our Twice Baked Cauliflower) | Sautéed Spinach with Garlic
Friday: Mama Ain’t Cookin’
Lunches/Meal Prep: Mediterranean Turkey Burgers | Beet + Feta Salad (recipe coming soon) | Bacon, Feta, Mozzarella + Kale Frittata
