Avocados have to be one of the most universally loved foods. Add in some goat cheese, and dear sweet deliciousness we’ve got a good dip on our hands. This dip is easy to whip together and keep in the fridge for your snacking pleasure or as a crowd-pleasing appetizer!

Jon Boy has been out of town all week for work, and to say that potty training isn’t going well would be a gross understatement. Between all the bodily fluids I’ve cleaned up and the temper tantrums galore, I needed to treat myself. And by myself, I mean myself and my sidekick, Little Miss Brookie Boo.

We can all stand to learn a lot from hip hop songs, y’all. I love me some Tupac, Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, and even good ole Coolio. True story: the first CD I ever bought was Coolio’s Gangster’s Paradise in the third grade. I still know every word and take every possible opportunity to prove that fact whenever it’s karaoke night.
