Rule #314: The home is where the heart is.
This year, our homes have become even more of a safe haven for us. What better way to show some love for someone than to give them a gift to make that space even brighter? I’ve compiled a Gift Guide: For the Home (and host/hostess) to help make your shopping a tad bit easier.
Cheers Travel Bottle Holders | $14 for 2
These travel bottle holders are just too cute and perfect for the season!
Merry Christmas Glasses | $10 for a set of 4
I love that these are plastic and top rack dishwasher safe!
Acacia Serving Tray | $21
What a gorgeous serving tray! This would make a great hostess gift.

This gorgeous platter would be a great hostess gift!
Smallwoods Framed Art and Photos

Porcelain Catchall | $14
These initial catchalls are gorgeous!
Marble & Wood Coasters | $17 for 4
These would make a great hostess gift or stocking stuffer.
Natural Linen Double Wine Bag | $15
This gorgeous, versatile bag can be used year round to bring your bottles of yumminess to whatever gathering you’re heading to (even if it’s just to the driveway).
Hearth & Hand Stoneware Canisters
These canisters are from Joanna Gaines’s line, and I just love them! They’re simple, gorgeous, and a great price!
iRobot Roomba | $250
You can’t go wrong with a Roomba (our is named Roger and has been in the family for almost 7 years). It’s so nice to be able to turn on the vacuum and let him do the work.
Shark Steam Mop | $100
We have a mop similar to this, and we absolutely love it! It does a fantastic job cleaning the wood and tile floors.
Kids’ Fuzzy Saucer Chair | $39 (5 colors)
This comfy chair would be perfect for a reading nook or gaming area.
Kids’ Alarm Clock | $49
We just purchased this for Corey to help him get up in the middle of the night to go potty (doing that much extra “accident” laundry ain’t fun). It comes with a ton of settings including alarm times, sounds, and colors. It also has very positive ratings.
UGG Chenille Throw Blanket | $90
UGG makes such high quality and comfortable stuff! This throw blanket would make a perfect gift for anyone.
Pottery Barn Robes | $103
Pottery Barn’s robes are on a major sale right now, and they’re always a great gift idea! Monogramming is available. See more of their robes here.
Cuisinart Multi-Cooker | $160 (On major sale!)
This is my all-time favorite slow cooker (I love it so much, I named him Willie Nelson). Anywho – you can sauté, brown, steam, roast, or slow cook all in this same pot! No more transferring from the stove to the slow cooker anymore.
Calphalon Premier Cooking Set | $299
Our last cooking set from Calphalon has seen, well, a lot of love. So, our Christmas gift to each other is a new set of cookware! The sale right now is insane, so we had to take advantage. We love this set because you can transfer them from the stove top to the oven, and they’re dishwasher safe!
Calphalon Premier Skillets | $59
We also ordered a couple of extra skillets for things like omelettes and grilled cheese.
Rice Cooker | $30
We love and use our rice cooker every time we need some steamed rice. It cooks it perfectly evenly and takes the guesswork out of rice cooking.
Wilton Cookie Sheet Set | $15 for a set of 3
This cookie sheet set is perfect for baking or roasting!
Wooden Cookbook Holder | $20
I love the simplicity of this gorgeous wooden cookbook holder!
KitchenAid Hand Immersion Blender | $35 (10 colors)
These hand blenders are perfect for blending soups like Slow Cooker Lentil Soup, Slow Cooker Butternut Squash Soup, and Pasta e Fagioli.
OXO Pop Containers | (comes in many sizes)
We use these in our pantry to keep snacks, cereals, and other pantry staples organized and fresh.
Cool & Serve Bowl | $39
One of our neighbors had this at a Friendsgiving, and I instantly fell in love! It’s perfect for keeping foods cold while at a buffet or pot luck.
Small Cool & Serve Bowl | $29
A smaller version of the Cool & Serve bowl.
Square Cool & Serve | $35
Salad Spinner | $28
A good salad spinner is a true life saver! It gets those leafy greens nice and clean. This is the one we have.
Mickey Mouse Measuring Cups | $13 for a set of 4
These would be a fun gift for nieces, nephews, or grandkids! They also have Mickey Mouse Measuring Spoons to complete the set.
Minnie Mouse Apron and Hat | $20
This set is just too precious!
Stasher Bags | $10 (for snack size – there are many sizes and colors)
We use these instead of Ziploc plastic bags. They’re dishwasher friendly, microwave safe, and great for the freezer, too.
Mini Spatula | $6
This little gem is just too cute and would be a great hostess gift with a few cookies.
Food Scraper | $10
We have a food scraper similar to this that really helps when cooking and doing meal prep.
Can Strainer | $10
This little idea is just genius. It would be a great stocking stuffer! Perfect for this Gift Guide: For the Home list!
Microwave Grip Set | $10
I love these little genius grips to keep your fingers safe from burns.
Happy Shopping!
