Rule #133: Babies grow up too fast.
There are quite a few finds I’ve been loving lately, but one thing I’m not loving so much is the fact that my baby is growing up too fast. He’s done being a “toddler” at school and will be in the preschool side of the game next year. I feel like just yesterday he was my chubby, red-faced baby boy asking for a “naaa” (snack). To make myself feel better, I’ve put together a little list of things I’m loving lately. Retail therapy is a good thing, ya know?
American Eagle Jumpsuit | Comfy, cute, and it has pockets! Always a bonus.
Smocked Maxi Dress | Super lightweight and perfect for summer!
Billabong Crop Jumpsuit | Oh-so-comfy and a little sassier than most jumpsuits.
Red Dress Maxi Dress | I can’t wait to wear this bad boy! I haven’t had a chance yet to bust him out in public, but I’ll be happy when I do!
T Shirt Dress | Another solid Amazon find (comes in a ton of colors + patterns – around $20)! I love throwing this on and getting all the millions of errands done. And pockets FTW!
Chrissy Teigen’s Cravings: Hungry for More Cookbook | I’m finally getting around to cooking out of my spirit animal’s second cookbook. She’s hilarious, so you get a dose of her personality plus a great recipe on every page. I made her Roasted Carrot with Avocado Salad + Lime Dressing. It was absolutely fantastic and perfect for grilling season! Her first cookbook is still a top 5 for me, too.
I am in love with these prints from Refinery Number One! They made great Mother’s Day gifts this year (and I had to snag one for myself). They have a TON of different hymns and even made a few custom for me. They also come in a range of sizes.
So that’s all I’ve got for now! I’m off to go do some online retail therapy to try to forget that babies don’t keep. I’ll leave you with a little image of my chubby-cheeked baby boy asking for his sweet “naa”!
