Three Ingredient Cocktail Meatballs

Rule #69: Party food should be easy.

There’s nothing I love more than an “un-recipe” recipe. That’s exactly what this is! These Three Ingredient Cocktail Meatballs couldn’t be any easier. Just throw the ingredients in a slow cooker, and let him do the work for you!

You just need a jar of BBQ Sauce, a jar of grape jelly, and a bag of frozen, pre-cooked Homestyle meatballs. Throw ’em in the slow cooker on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Then, turn the heat to warm. That’s it!

I usually serve these Three Ingredient Cocktail Meatballs as an easy appetizer at game watching parties, birthday parties, or even for Jon Boy on Father’s Day (they’re his fave). Just set some toothpicks nearby and let people dig in!

You’ve gotta love a simple appetizer that’s delicious, hearty and the epitome of an “un-recipe”.

Three Ingredient Cocktail Meatballs

1 (17.5-oz.) jar grape jelly
1 (18-oz.) jar BBQ sauce (we love Stubb’s)
1 (35-oz.) bag frozen, fully cooked Homestyle Meatballs

Place all ingredients into a slow cooker, stirring to combine. Cook on low for 2 hours, then turn the heat to warm.
