Rule #69: Party food should be easy. Like these Three Ingredient Cocktail Meatballs!
There’s nothing I love more than an “un-recipe” recipe. That’s exactly what this is! These Three Ingredient Cocktail Meatballs couldn’t be any easier. Just throw the ingredients in a slow cooker, and let him do the work for you! These are Jon Boy’s number one most requested appetizer for a get together or party. I love obliging him, too because they couldn’t be easier!
You just need a jar of BBQ Sauce, a jar of grape jelly, and a bag of frozen, pre-cooked Homestyle meatballs. Throw ’em in the slow cooker on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Then, turn the heat to warm. That’s it! Easy, peasy, appetizer squeezy!
I usually serve these Three Ingredient Cocktail Meatballs as an easy appetizer at game watching parties, birthday parties, or even for Jon Boy on Father’s Day (they’re his fave). Just set some toothpicks nearby and let people dig in!
You’ve gotta love a simple appetizer that’s delicious, hearty and the epitome of an “un-recipe”. Check out this other version of this classic appetizer.
I hope you love these Cocktail Meatballs as much as our family does! Check out these other appetizer recipes!
