Rule #106: 24 hours can sometimes feel like a week.
Jon Boy and I got to sneak away for about 24 hours to celebrate our 9th anniversary, and lemme tell you… it was a glorious 24 hours! I think we both needed a little recharge time away from the kids and pups. I’ll be honest… I slept for 12 of those 24 hours, and I don’t regret a wink of it! I came back to the kids feeling rested and ready for the chaos to inevitably ensue. With that said, I’ve linked up some little gems that I’ve been Loving Lately this July.

This has been a go-to summer outfit! These shorts are super comfy and flattering – making it super easy to chase kids and dogs alike all around! These sandals are a new fave, too, because of how neutral they are.

I wish I could link up this pup of ours. Callie Panchita has been such a bright spot in our summer. This little puppy pairs perfectly with some Prosseco in my fave wine glasses! I also linked a similar dress to the one I’ve got on – super comfy and summer-vibe-friendly.

Charlotte Tilbury Highlighting Wand | Complexion Brush
This highlighting wand is my favorite beauty purchase of the year by far! It’s so simple to use (check out the diagram linked in the product description), and I use this complexion brush to apply and blend it in. It just adds a little bit of a youthful glow to your daily makeup routine.
Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Foundation
I’m a Charlotte Tilbury fan these days as you can tell! Her Magic Foundation is a real game changer! It goes on very lightweight, but offers great coverage. It also doesn’t crease or make my pores look like craters when it settles. It’s a very versatile foundation. I ordered color 3.5 for the record.
M-61 Perfect Microdermabrasion Facial Scrub | M-61 PowerGlow 1-Minute Peel
Both of these facial products work wonders for my skin! I’ve got melasma (skin discoloration), so I have to take extra care during the summer to avoid the sun and get rid of those fluffy layers of skin I don’t need. I use each of these, separately, twice a week at night after cleansing and before applying my moisturizer.
