Brooke’s Big Girl Bed
Rule #276: Babies don’t keep.
Brookie the Cookie finally got to graduate to a Big Girl Bed recently! Sweet little love is enjoying her freedom (and pink pillows galore). I wanted to share the details of her new favorite spot in the house.
Convertible Crib | Comforter Set | Metallic Chenille Pillows | Fringe Pillow
We knew when we had Corey that we wanted a convertible crib – meaning, one that would go from crib to toddler bed to big kid bed (full size) easily. We found just that at Pottery Barn 6 years ago, and it’s still there today! Must be a keeper. It’s stood up well for both kiddos. The comforter set was just precious and perfectly pink for her highness, and the ruffled edges made everything even more wonderful. Plus, it’s from Target, and that’s always a bonus in our house! I got the throw pillows all from the recent Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I love the different textures, hints of gold, and the fringe detail!
Unicorn Sheet Set | Rainbow Sheet Set | Mermaid Sheet Set
To keep with Brooke’s wild, girly spirit, we got 3 different sheet sets all from Target’s Pillowfort collection. We’ve had great luck with that brand as far as quality and durability. Both are definitely needed if they’re going to survive Brooke.

I’d be lying if I said I was sad. I feel like I’ve relished the baby phase, and now I’m ready for Brooke to embrace that Big Girl Life (which she very much has already done).
I hope everyone has a Happy HumpDay! Cheers to being halfway through the week!
