Instructions
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400.
Whisk together the first 7 ingredients (garlic powder through egg) in a large bowl.
Then, add in the ground sirloin, chopped pepperoni, marinara sauce, and cheese. Mix well with your hands until evenly combined.
Form meatballs into 1” balls, placing onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in your air fryer basket that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Make sure to leave about 1” of space between each meatball.
Air fry the meatballs at 400 for 8 minutes or bake the meatballs in the oven at 400 for 20-25 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with more marinara sauce, chopped basil, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
